I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially enjoying my relaxing time at the beauty salon where Sonia gave me an incredible facial that made me feel rejuvenated, and the short walk to Fletcher Moss Botanical Garden was the highlight of my stay as it offered beautiful views and a lovely strolling experience.

The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were amazing. I particularly enjoyed the back and shoulder massage—it was so relaxing!

The family room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable for our needs. We managed to get a decent meal from the sports bar, and the drinks were cheap too, perfect for a family of five. The kids loved the jacuzzi bath, it was a big hit after a long day.
